Refund policy

At LeTrendStation, every tee is created with intention. Each order is produced after purchase, which means we do not operate like a traditional retail store with shelves of pre-made inventory.

Because of that, we do not accept standard returns for size changes, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind. But if something arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, we’ll review it and help make it right.

🖤 Our Made-to-Order Policy

Every LeTrendStation item is made specifically for your order. Once production begins, the item cannot be restocked or resold like a standard retail product.

For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Choosing the wrong size
• Ordering the wrong color or product
• Buyer’s remorse
• Change of mind after purchase
• Not reviewing the size chart before ordering
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Please review the product details, sizing information, and shipping address carefully before placing your order.

✅ Eligible Refunds or Replacements

We’ll gladly review your order if something arrives with a clear issue.

Eligible issues may include:

• Damaged item
• Clear printing defect
• Manufacturing defect
• Wrong item received
• Wrong size or color sent compared to your order
• Order lost in transit and confirmed by tracking

To start a claim, contact us within 15 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

🎨 Print & Color Notes

Every graphic is printed using a professional production process, but small variations can happen from item to item.

Minor differences in print placement, garment shade, color tone, or image brightness are normal and are not considered defects unless the issue is clearly excessive or incorrect.

Please remember that colors may also look slightly different depending on your screen, device brightness, and display settings.

❌ Non-Refundable Items

Refunds or replacements will not be approved for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
• Minor color differences between screen and final product
• Normal variation in print placement or garment shade
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
• Orders returned without approval
• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing after delivery
• Replacement items previously issued

Please check the size chart before ordering to make sure you choose the best fit.

📦 Return Shipping

Please do not send anything back unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

The return address printed on your package may belong to a production or fulfillment facility and may not be the correct return address for your order.

Unapproved returns may not be accepted, processed, or refunded.

If a return is required as part of an approved claim, we’ll send instructions by email.

💳 Refund Processing

Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Refund processing usually takes 3 to 5 business days after approval
• Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an approved production or fulfillment error

🔁 Replacement Processing

If a replacement is approved, we’ll submit a new replacement order for the affected item.

Replacement production and shipping times may follow the same general timeline as a standard order.

Replacement items are not eligible for additional replacements unless they arrive with a separate verified production issue.

🚚 Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed, please check the tracking information first.

If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, contact us at returns@letrendstation.com with your order number and tracking details.

If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we’ll review the issue and help guide you through the next steps.

LeTrendStation is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but missing due to theft, incorrect address details, building access issues, or local delivery problems.

📍 Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If an order is returned because of an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.

If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help if the order has not already entered production or shipped.
