DMCA Takedown Notice Requirements

To be effective, your notification must include all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf

  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are involved)

  3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate it (such as URLs or product links)

  4. Your contact information, including name and email address

  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law

  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Failure to include all required information may result in a delay or inability to process your request.

Removal of Content

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, LeTrendStation may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material without prior notice and at our sole discretion, as permitted by law.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you submitted was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.

To be effective, a counter-notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature

  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification

  4. Your name and email address, along with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which you reside (or any judicial district in which LeTrendStation may be found, if outside the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant

Policy Enforcement

LeTrendStation reserves the right to terminate access to the website or refuse service to any user who repeatedly infringes intellectual property rights, in appropriate circumstances.
