DMCA Takedown Notice Requirements

Removal of Content
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, LeTrendStation may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material without prior notice and at our sole discretion, as permitted by law.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you submitted was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.
To be effective, a counter-notification must include:

Policy Enforcement
LeTrendStation reserves the right to terminate access to the website or refuse service to any user who repeatedly infringes intellectual property rights, in appropriate circumstances.
